U2 – Roger’s Centre 09/17/2009

After waiting for hours outside, Steph and I managed to get a great spot inside the stage. It was a LOT of standing around, but it was definitely worth it. It was awesome to have such a great view and having Bono literally standing above us in some spots (on a moving platform) was really cool. We were closest to bassist Adam Clayton for most of the show. It was a blast and with the dome open and the CN tower lit up, the Claw stage looked even cooler. It was a sight to see and something I’ll never forget. Snow Patrol opened the show, which was a nice bonus, even if the crowd wasn’t that into it at that point.
