Cults opened the show. Buffalo Outer Harbor is a great outdoor venue, very similar to the Meadow at Downsview but without the treacherous walk to get there from the parking lot. Vampire Weekend put on a great (albeit short) show and sounded fantastic – it was perfect weather for a concert, a great evening.
